Two 60kW Blink DC fast chargers stand in the northwest corner of the Olympic Oaks Village lot, right outside ALDI at 12101 Manchester Road. Every charger carries both CCS1 and NACS connectors, so Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles charge without adapters — four ports in all. Blink network pricing at this location is $0.45 per kWh plus a $0.99 session fee, paid by card at the charger or in the Blink app, with an idle fee after a 10-minute grace period once charging ends.

Two minutes off I-270

Olympic Oaks Village sits just east of Interstate 270 at exit 9, Manchester Road (Route 100), in the West County retail corridor. From downtown St. Louis it is about 15 miles and 22 minutes west; from Columbia, 114 miles (about 2¼ hours) on I-70; Kansas City drivers arrive after roughly 4½ hours and 237 miles. It is the St. Louis-area stop in the EVre network — the next locations are Bowling Green, about 90 miles north on US-61, and Osage Beach at Lake of the Ozarks, about three hours west.

Thirty minutes at Olympic Oaks and West County

The center itself has ALDI, T.J. Maxx, McAlister’s Deli, and Salon Lofts, and West County Center — one of the St. Louis region’s largest malls, with well over a hundred stores and restaurants — is next door to the west. Des Peres Park, with a lake-loop trail and playgrounds, is a half-mile away for a walk while the battery fills. Olympic Oaks Village is a 92,000-square-foot center developed in 1988 by Sansone Group, the St. Louis commercial real-estate firm that still manages it.

We delivered this station as a turnkey project in 2025 — construction and commissioning by Compass Electrical Solutions inside an operating shopping center, with no disruption to tenants; the details are in the Olympic Oaks Village project. EVre owns and monitors the site day and night.

“Let the charging begin! We greatly appreciate your business and the relationship. We will certainly inform everyone we know with an EV charger that there’s another charging station option and location in town.” Construction & commissioning partner — Compass Electrical Solutions
