At a charger now?

Three ways to get unstuck, fastest first.

1 · Chat or text EVre

chat.ev-re.org

844-985-3873 call or text

Our support assistant knows every EVre charger — it can walk you through starting a session, decode charger status lights, and tell you exactly who to call if hardware is at fault. We own these stations and monitor them around the clock.

2 · Call the network

Noodoe — Tritium chargers at Ayerco (Canton, Bowling Green, Kirksville) and Dierbergs (Osage Beach):
1-888-222-6618 · 24/7

Blink — Olympic Oaks Village (Des Peres):
1-888-998-2546 · 24/7

Have the charger ID from the unit (e.g., DCFC-11) and your session time handy — it speeds everything up.

3 · Session basics

  1. Plug the connector into your vehicle first.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts, or scan the QR code on the charger to open the network app.
  3. Pay by card, app, or Plug & Charge where supported.

Every EVre public station is a DC fast charger carrying both CCS1 and NACS (Tesla) connectors — no adapter needed. Our stations run 60–75kW and typically take a vehicle from 20% to 80% in about 30–45 minutes.
